Is CTPro in good financial shape?

Yes, without question. With the acquisition of Kingston assets also came an infusion of investment capital, making CTPro a stable and viable business today and for the future. CEO Denis Bruncak is a highly experienced entrepreneur who has started and grown very successful companies.

What is the status of my current orders?

CTPro is fulfilling all orders that were placed with Kingston. Any orders placed after May 22 were officially placed through CTPro. 

May I still place orders online?

Yes. If your company had an online store through Kingston, you can still place your orders there. These sites are now managed by CTPro. 

Do you have our company’s stock in your warehouse?

Anything that was stocked by Kingston has been moved to our new warehouse. We are shipping stock orders every day.

Does CTPro offer on-site embroidery?

Absolutely. We have not missed a day of productivity in our embroidery department, even during the move. We are providing the same services that Kingston provided, and you’ll see many more in the future.

I understand that my previous Kingston sales rep (or contact person) is not with your company. Who should I contact now?

Anyone at CTPro can help you with an order. We have access to all of your previous orders and account information. We do ask for your patience as new staff become familiar with your account details.

How do I get in touch with CTPro?

Please update your records with the contact information provided on the previous page. Additionally, for the next several months, phone numbers and emails for former Kingston employees are being forwarded to CTPro.

Is new documentation required to do business with CTPro?

Some customer accounting departments have requested documentation to establish us as a new vendor. Please contact Cindie Richardson or Bob Powers at (614) 850-7070 to request the necessary forms or other tax documentation you need. We’re happy to provide them.

Are Erik and Joann a part of CTPro?

No. Erik owned Kingston and he and his family have relocated to Portland, Oregon.
